Make a difference

There are approximately 15,000 to 17,000 children currently in the foster care system in Ohio, but only 500 to 600 group homes available to meet their needs. This significant disparity presents a critical challenge in providing nurturing and stable environments for children in need.

While this highlights the situation in Ohio, it reflects a broader, nationwide issue. As group home owners, we are committed to addressing this crisis by focusing on our communities and supporting vulnerable youth. However, we recognize that our individual efforts alone are not enough.

To expand our impact, we founded Group Home Masterminds, an initiative dedicated to equipping aspiring children's group home owners with the tools, knowledge, and guidance necessary to open and successfully operate group homes. Our mission is to address this urgent problem on a national scale.
